Is There A Santa?
Children sleeping hopeing the night will go by quickly to see what Santa has given them. Some even wait to hear the sleigh bells of Santa's sleigh. Many of the children wake up before there parents or even up before anyone else in the house.(In my family it is always my sister)As Christmas day finally comes theres yelling to get everyone up because in some houses as does mine my mom likes to take pictures of us with our gifts or they want to give us the presents and for us not to just take the presents. Some say that Santa is just a made up character and others say he's not he's a living human being. Most people don't belive in Santa because of previest gifts. They also don't belive because maybe as a kid or if you are a kid then you were maybe not taught to belive in Santa. Some just plainly dont belive in Santa in this moive"Miricle on 34th strreet"and they brought kkris kringle to court charging that he is not Santa Clause and the movie polar express it potrays that if you dont belive in Santa then you will not hear his sliegh bells . Others say that Santa is real and in the movie " Polar Express" kids that did not write there letter to Santa went on the polar express and they went to go see Santa and out of how ever many kids there were , to one of them he would give the first gift of christmas and when the elfs put the sliegh bells on the boy did not here any bells but the girl did and one of the sliegh bells fell of and he picked it up shaked it and there was no noise, then he kepet saying "I Belive" sevell times.Santa came over to him and Santa asked what he said he said "I Belive" at that momment the boy gave him the bell and Santa was ready to give the first gift of christmas and he picked the boy that said "I Belive" and when he climbed onto the sliegh Santa asked " And what would you like for christmas this year?" The boy wispered into Santa's ear and he showed the little bell that fell of the sliegh and anouced it was the first gift of christmas and this potrays that if you really belive in Santa then when he comes you will hear his sliegh bells.Personaly i think that Santa is real because if you think about it, What if no one new you were alive or even exsited especially if you have a magnificent tallent or if any thing your great at just think and tell me in your comment how you would fell if no one belived you are a liviing person?

Dear Santa Clause
It’s the holiday season and people should try and make others wishes come true. As Santa you know how to brighten millions of peoples days on Christmas morning. The one thing that I hope that I have under my Christmas tree is the color nook. This could also help my brother and sister when they read for summer reading and for books during the school year. This electronic device will allow me to view more books and have more books to explore more words than my own vocabulary. Right now I don’t have a device like the color Nook and the paper back books take up a lot of room in my locker and wood be easier to be organized and I would probably do better in school. I know that you are really busy this year with other peoples wishes put if you could just take time to think about this it would make my very happy and maybe to her back.
Sincerely,
Ashley Rosenfield

Thanksgiving
.
In 1621, the Plymouth colonists and Wampanoag Indians shared an auntumn harvest that is acknowledge
today as one of the first Thanksgiving celebrated in the colonies. For more than two centuries , days of thanksgiving were celebrated by individual colonies and states. It was't until 1863, in the midst of the Civil War, that President Abraham Licoln proclamied a national Thanksgiving Day to be held each November.

Gratitude
Thanksgiving is the time of year to be thankful for all that you have and thankful for your family and that they are always there for you. I am thankful for my parents but mostly my mom because she supports me in every way. I am also thankful for my grandmother she supports me in my music as do my mom. I am also thankful for my pets because with out the two of them my life wouldn’t be as great as it already is.

Halloween Fun
Yes! Halloween my favorite time of the year scaring people, getting to be someone different than who you are. Last year it was the best Halloween ever I spent it with my best friend Naadirah. I was waiting ever so quietly on the couch in my half devil half angel costume awaiting for my mom to rush down the steps to go trick or treating but mostly trick. As we got in the car I was jumping with excitement on the inside waiting till we arrived at Naadirahs house. When we made the u-turn I was ready to jump out the car door with out the car stopping. As I approached the door I rang the door bell, her mom answered the door and said she would be out in just a minute. But you know I thought that was a minute to long. And so should others if they really wanted to see there best friend. I just couldn't stop thinking about how much fun we were going to have. When Naadirah finally arrived in the car we just started to talk about how much candy we would get and other things. We finally got to my uncles neighborhood we were really exited because in his neighborhood they give out the big candy bars and they are really good. We went to many house's and we almost filled up the entire pillow case.We were very happy with all the candy we received , when we went back to his house we sorted out candy and make sure no candy was open , and then the next thing is to trade so if someone doesn't want something maybe some one else will want it. It was the saddest part of the night Naadirah had to go home but we still had the car ride to talk and trade. When we were by Naadirahs house she told us about this lady that gave the big candy bars and we headed straight there. Then it finally came to the saddest part when Naadirah had to go. Now that was a great Halloween.

Patriotism
Does Patriotism still Matter?
Personally I think that every were patriotism should matter. I think patriotism is truly important because we need to respect the people who protect our country and we should honor them. You should always honor the ones who died and risked there lives for ours.
Memorial Day is a day to pray for lost soldiers in the wars such as Korean War, world war two, and world war one etc. Someone I know and who is part of my family that was in the Korean War was my grandpa Tony. His real name is Anthony Joseph Sperato. Memorial Day is a melancholy day for many many people, to think that those are or might be someone from your family.
When we see the colors Red, White, and Blue. When we look into the stars of the flags we should think maybe times that be a couple thousand or even million and that’s probably how much people risked there lives for what we can do today and many more.
After all I think that Patriotism does really matter and to think all this is because of our military, army and others. Thank you to all you American heroes.

Ralph Fletcher
In the novel Marshfield Dreams: When I was a Kid, written by Ralph Fletcher. This novel is written in short and important stories combined into one book.
In his narrative "First Pen" it states "What words were hidden-unborn, unwritten- in all that unused ink?"(Fletcher, 2005, p.44)The conclusion sentences in "First Pen" is to make the reader think of unknown words that could lie everywhere in the world and in your mind.
In is narrative "Bobby" it sates "Not a day goes by that I don't miss him."(Fletcher, 2005, p.60)He makes the reader feel sorry for his loss and the reader would be upset of the hearing of a death of some one elses mistake. In these writing samples Ralph Fletcher shows different writing techniques in his narrative.

clarinet
The clarinet is a very interesting instrument. You can play very different songs than other instruments. There are to different types of clarinets there is the base and Bb clarinet. Clarinets are very difficult to play because you have to line up the reed with the mouth piece.
Lunch tables
Although there are asigned lunch tables, there arent asigned seats. Some people like to claim a seat as there own but it is first come first sit at my lunch table.

Puppy's
Puppy's are the cutest little things. They are little bundles of joy. They are so adorable and so funny sometimes. Puppy's are full of energy and are as fast as lighting and they are always o the go. Some of them chew on all different things like sockes, slippers, shoes, blankets ect. The puppys are very energetic and very crazy when they are somewhere new. Puppys are very cute and lovable if they are a loving bread of dog.

Lockers
The lockers at school are crazy , every one running from one class to another. Lockers are very close together so you have to take turns and move quickly. The best thing to do with going to your lockers is to avoid going to your locker as much as possible. When you have a locker in middle school you want to beware of your locker neighbors because some can be the rudest and always push you out of the way or you could have neighbors that you can both can get in or you can have both. Lockers are the worst thing besides a class that you are no good at. You can also decorate your locker on the inside and out. In middle school the lockers are either green or blue. In middle school the lockers are large medium or small. You should also beware of giving out your lock combination because some one can and will flip your lock. You should never keep anything valuable in your locker. You shouldn't keep anything valuable in your locker because if some one knows your combo then they will take your valuable item.
